The warranty is valid from date of purchase and from our local authorized dealers in Singapore only.  The original purchase receipt is required to present as proof of purchase when service is required.  The warranty duration starts from the date of purchase.  On-Site charges shall be waived for first 12 months from purchase date.  Subsequent charges shall apply for transport, labour and non-warranty parts.  The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages.  
 

EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not apply to products that have been installed or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, modified or clean with wrong cleaning methods/products. The warranty does not cover worn out due to wear and tear, acidic contact or chemical washing of tiles being carried out especially during construction or renovation resulting product to corrode or rust, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impact, accidents, product being dropped is made, fungus, dirt stained or waterborne debris. The warranty does not apply if products being lack of proper maintenance/cleaning or have been placed outdoors.  Defects that should have been discovered before installation or if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes (unless otherwise stated)
